I lost a friend in a similar fashion. I don't drink these days, but when I did the weapons were all locked up. It's just too easy to make one mistake when intoxicated. His family has my sympathies.

No more than saying we should ban all cars because people drink and drive. There are a lot of stupid people in the world. At some point others have to realize you cannot save them from themselves.

No more than saying we should ban all cars because people drink and drive. There are a lot of stupid people in the world. At some point others have to realize you cannot save them from themselves.

Unfortunately, not everyone looks at this the same way. A lot of people want to try to make the world a safer place by limiting freedoms.
