That's actually how I got my insurance to get me a whole new fence. I just showed them the HOA citation and they came out to look. Took the tree, old fence, and put in a new fence. Then HOA got mad because they said there's some other trees that looked hazardous and they reported it to the city gov, and the city gov then cited them...womp womp
