A Crosley Question

I think its a railroad bed. My buddy and I were doing some geocaching near the narrow bridge when we got the wrong coordinates. It took us over that way to private property. It looks as if we went over a railroad bed.

I've never been to Crosley. I'll be down in the area and am thinking about going to day... I'll bring cardboard, paper targets, staples and tape... anything else?

Can I practice drawing and shooting there?
