Where is the best place to buy 9 mm right now? is Gunbrokers a good way to go? What about the gun shows. Are they worth the hassle. Thought I ask the experts here.

none of the above. just go into walmart every so often and watch the classifieds on this site. yesterday i bought 600 rounds from a forum member and 600 rounds from Walmart for $10/box.

Seriously,I have seen more 9mm in stock at walmarts all over the state lately than i have ever seen since last year. Plainfield,Greenwood, and even Seymour was in stock yesterday-Win. White box 100 ct.$21 box. Even saw .380 at walmart on north keystone(norgate)-they are usually the worst for ammo.

Have never had any luck at Walmart, plus I'd rather not give them my money if I can help it. Ordered 10 boxes of Remington UMC last week from Bass Pro, came in just a few days - I spotted it on Ammoengine.com. I used ammoengine to snag some Federal .22lr bulk earlier this week, too.

If you have the time to call Walmart on a daily basis (at 7 a.m.), that's the best way to go.

went to the east walmart in terre haute yesterday and they had 5 boxes of the WWB 100 pack, and 1 box of BB. I told the guy I wanted 2 boxes of the WWB 9mm, and he said "we dont have any", and I said yes, you have some right there......... he was baffeled. Said they havent had any in forever, and he just told someone on the phone they were out. Im glad they pay attention to whats going on around there.

Buy a couple cases from Precision Cartridge. No one can complain about having access to plentiful, competitively priced ammo as long as they're around.
