When the pic loaded, it was oversized so all I saw was the top left corner of just the boxes of Mac-n-Cheese and I thought that was it. I busted up laughing... until I saw the rest... then I got jealous. haha

boy am I a schmuck, LMW offered to feed me if I came down to get them.

Hope you all had as great a day as I had Saturday!

    Yup, it was AWESOME!

I could have used more heat, but I know that not everyone has a love of the spicy like I do :)

I thought it was pretty tasty, too! Glad to know what was in it.

I made 12 pounds of baked beans and didn't bring any home so I guess they went over pretty well, too!

Im pretty sure you just make the mac n cheese per the label directions, then dump all that other crap in, and let it cook.

Well if I make into the Veteran day next year, I'll let ya try my Sweet and Spicy chili that us noobs had on Saturday.

One exception, going to make two batches so I can get more than half a bowl, one normal spicy, second with it kicked up a notch.

    more or less.

normal batch is half that so....

    Boil your water as normal
While water is boiling, cut up keilbasa as desired and set aside
Once water is boiling add some salt and allow to regain boiling point
dump in all macaroni and the keilbasa

While waiting for the water to boil you can do the following:
start cooking chili in a separate container
add 1/2 stick of butter to chili and mix
shred cheese and add to chili and mix
add cheese packets to chili and mix (use to get everything mixed in and to get desired consistency

Once macaroni and keilbasa are cooked appropriately, dump the mixture into a drain pan. Once drained, combine all the above goodness and mix together. You can add milk again at this point to change the consistency if desired.
