A retired school teacher was arrested for possession of a 300 year old flintlock pistol as part of his collection of 18th century collectables in NJ. Such possession is legal under federal law, but illegal under NJ law which doesn't provide any exceptions. He is facing up to 10 years in prison, loss of pension and voting rights for the violation of an unconstitutional law. The accompanying video is interesting, particularly the points at the end.
