    @ the corner of IN, KY & OH.
    It would work with the right gas setup and a heavy buffer, but it would be more of a range toy that anything. At 4" barrel length I doubt it would generate enough velocity to get the bullet to expand as designed. Muzzle blast and flash would be ridiculous. I want a 10.5" for a buddy to my 16" rifle, but it would be just for range fun.
