458 SOCOM lead bullets?

Anyone ever use cast lead bullets in their 458 SOCUM? Thinking about it with a gas check of course. Wondering about fouling, leading, etc.

Yes, with a gas check. No problems. No issues. Just normal cleaning of the bore, not really any different than cleaning lead from the bore of any other gun.

Hard cast my own 405gr, no gas check, and run them about 1350-1400fps and have no issues with leading. They're fairly accurate.

Lead wont hurt the SOCOM. I run 325 gas checked RNFP s regularly. They shoot pretty close to point of aim with the 325 FTX.
