I guess it’s M91 week and here is another that has had a busy life. It’s a 1942 Tikka M91, built on a WW1 Austrian captured (WZF) receiver, in a one piece Russian stock that has a faint WW1 German Deutsches Reich property stamp, and with 2 Finnish Civil Guard District stamps on the butt 22677 ( 22391 - 22780 Salo ) & 22017 (21781 - 22060 Varsinais Suomi) The rest of the rifle is a mixture of Izhevsk, Tula, & Remington parts, all in all, one cool rifle if I do say so myself.

Nice Tikka...I have yet to add one to my collection. I only have a few M91's and one is "Finned" but not a Tikka. I do have both an Exercitiu and a Instructie M91's. While not Finnish, they are cool/rare M91's.

I love the Finns. Nothing like killing commies with their own guns, mostly picked up off of dead commies.

I also love they way they cleaned them up!
