I've had an Old Model Ruger Super Single Six Convertible since 1972 and I love it.
Lately I've been looking at the Taurus Model 992 .22/.22Mag Convertible.

Single Actions take too long to load and unload IMO, as much as I don't like recompensing Taurus, take a look at some of their conversion pistols. Double action so they're a lot quicker to load and unload.
