The good:
Well maintained -- oil changes every 3k
Newer Best Top ~ 7 years old -- parked in a carport until recently
Paint on body looks good
No leaks on engine
Tires have ~60% tread
Newer front brake pads
New cap/rotor/wires/plugs
New battery



The bad:
Clear coat on aluminum rims is peeling
2 tires have a very slow leak around the bead
Spare tire will not hold air (bead issue IIRC)
Underbody rust
Sound bar and radio do not work - Appears to need head unit
