19 Years ago today, the Battle of Mogadishu began. The battle raged into the next day, resulting in US forces sustaining 20 KIA, 80 WIA and 1 helicopter pilot captured by Somali insurgents.

RIP to the brave men we lost and God's special Grace to those who survived...
