Im going Friday,,with very limited funds...

    need 7.62x54r ammo
firing pin for western field 22
maybe trade off my Saiga 12 for 7.62 and something else

Thats it.. wife won't let me buy anything else:dunno:

Checkout the GROUP BUY on ammo for the 7.62x54 in the GROUP BUY section
I do not think you may be able to beat those prices at the 1500!

I'll be going both Friday evening and probably Saturday afternoon. A friend of mine, Michael Z. Williamson (author, military reservist, blade maker, and self-proclaimed "anarchist of the bomb-throwing variety," who has a gun collection that, in his words, "is not large enough to start a revolution, but large enough to end one.") will be exhibiting there--booth near the exit.

I always stop at his booth to "jaw" over shared military experiences:patriot: and see when his next book will be coming out.:hooked:

Last time I was there, I took my wife with me. When we stopped at his booth to talk, she carded him because she didn't believe he was older than her. :dunno:

Made his day and shared a laugh.

Anyhoo I plan on bein' there Fri or Sat. depending on wifey and her plans.
If I do go I hope to sell my HBAR and catch up on medical bills.

Also, I will be wearing a yellow Army 1775 Eagle cap w/my E-5 Shevrons.

Mike tells me he won't be there Saturday or Sunday (National Guard training), but the booth will be open.

Oh, and his next book is Contact with Chaos and is due out in April (same world as Freehold and The Weapon, just set a couple of decades later).

You know, I've never been before, maybe I'll go this time around.

I've been wanting to get an AR (and not just since the election!), but I really doubt there are gonna be any deals out there. I really just want a lower receiver. :dunno:

So, are all the dealers set up on Friday or not?

I'd like to take half a day off to go Friday, but if my selection will be better on Saturday, I'll go then.
