I currently own a Raven Concealment Phantom and single mag carrier. At the most recent 1500, I purchased a second mag carrier from the Raven Concealment table. Tom had said they were now using injection-molded belt brackets and offered to also upgrade the brackets on my first mag carrier, no charge.

I found later that the belt brackets were too small to use with my 1.75" gun belt, and sent Tom a PM here on INGO.

There was a response in my inbox in under an hour. Tom called me by name and said, "no problem. Let me know your shipping address and I'll send a couple sets of the 1.75" loops your way."

Paired with a quality product, THIS is the kind of response that builds customer loyalty.
