Ordered a drum magazine for a KP-9 June 30th. Their website does say some products will take 2-4 weeks to ship, and "some longer". My credit card was charged the full amount at the time of purchase. I sent them a message 8/10 via their site's chat asking for an update. Auto reply said they would respond the next business day. Followed up with an email 8/14 (3rd business day) asking for an update or reply. Nothing. Sent another this morning.
So 50 days and payment charged. Not happy.
Update: after my second email from this morning I just received a text telling me "they just came out of paint and would ship tomorrow or Wednesday". I guess I included my phone # when i ordered. But it appears they wait for a batch to be ordered then make a run.
