Corbett will sign Castle Doctrine - Pittsburgh Tribune-Review
In yet another victory for our 2nd Amendment rights, the Pennsylvania Senate voted today to expand Castle Doctine in an overwhelming 45-5 vote! HB40 is now headed to Gov. Corbett's desk where he will sign it.
Once it is signed...
Well, it took them a long time, but the powers that be have declined to press charges against the school and those involved. The civil suit is still pending, tho.

In Indiana we are not required to notify an enforcer if we are armed when stopped. In Pennsylvania you ARE required to notify. Too bad, too. It can have severe consequences when you have to notify them. Sometimes they'll do more than steal your gun and fondle it.
