      illegally modified gun, how do you tell?

      So let me start by saying I do not want any information what so ever on how to illegally make a gun full auto! What I would like to know is, if I stop someone on the street and they have a Mac, Uzi, Tec-9, AR on them, how would I be able to tell if they have illegally modified it to shoot fully...
