      Ace and Rico, Lafayette, IN. Tippeconoe Sport Shop. Both have great prices on Glocks here in lafayette. Also, Applied Ballistics, but they have moved to a new location and not sure if they changed their name or not?

      What was your first Handgun?

      HK USP in 45 ACP Bought it from a friend who was the second owner. appeared to have somewhere between 5-10k through it. Put a new recoil spring and hammer spring in, and has been a flawless gun since. Also, very, very accurate.

      Glock vs. 1911 (cartoon)

      Nice looking gun there. And a true statement. Although, I would put a glock against almost any stock 1911 for reliability. Just can't seem to wear them out....

      How much is too much?

      It all depends on the gun, and more so, the previous owner. In my opinion, most modern firearms are capable of thousands. Some are more apt to have problems, but most well-known gun makes and models made within the last 10 years or so are designed to take probably more rounds than most people...

      Factory compensated glock models.

      Got a G17C. It's a real pleasure to shoot, though it is not a carry gun. The front sights will dirty after awhile, but if kept clean its no big deal.
