Lawsuits already filed by KY AG and TX AG, so we'll see how long this rule lasts before the injunctions kick in. Since the pistol brace rule was stopped by legal action, I think this one is going to be short lived...- kjdoski

I think until the new ruling is overturned (which I'm sure it will be), the only "legal" way of selling firearms will be for both parties to meet at an FFL, have the FFL take "possession" of the firearm(s) on their log, then "sell" the firearm(s) to the buyer after a 4473 and NICS completion...- kjdoski

I agree, but kind of a moot point, since you can't do a NICS check unless you're an FFL. So, I believe the ATF has effectively outlawed all person-to-person sales by making ANY sale basically a "dealer" sale.- kjdoski

I don't think there's a need to be doing anything "legally questionable" anymore. As I'm reading the new regulation, simply posting a firearm for sale on line shows "intent" to profit, and therefore puts the poster into the "in the business" category (i.e. needs an FFL). I have been reinforcing my decision to never again fly in an airplane.
Well, if you've got things you want to see outside London proper, then that sounds like the "Easy" button. You also mentioned Munich as a possibility. I liked Munich quite a bit when we were there, and it puts you about an hour away from Garmisch and the German Alps - really very beautiful.- kjdoski
