Didn't hear this news, popped in today with my son to do some shooting. Very upsetting, BGF is my favorite range. Guessing the store side is damaged too, they were closed up and looked to be pulling out inventory. There was a police officer there, I assume for security, as there are gaping...
I did text my brother in utter shock that he didn't firmly apply his jackboot to my throat, and he responded that since it was just Carmel I didn't get the full experience.
EDIT: My brother's a LEO...I didn't mention that. :)
Thanks. I wasn't going to mention it unless he asked, but then I realized I'd have to bring my hand to within an inch or so of it to get my wallet. If he had noticed it right then (say, because he was watching my hands, which seems like a reasonable thing to do for a LEO at a traffic stop)...
Got pulled over for speeding on 96th street right near the water treatment facility (did you know it's 35 on the north side of 96th?). I was absolutely speeding, no question. When the officer asked me if I had a reason, I simply said "I wasn't paying attention, sorry." He asked for my license...
What number are you calling? My wife applied in July and when she called they told her they couldn't give any information. She knows they cashed the money orders, and she's from out of state so she's trying to be patient.
Whenever I describe BGF's location to friends and family, I jokingly say it's right across the street from the Obama death camp. This was a thing...there are videos on YouTube of people driving by and filming the location after they heard it on Glen Beck or some such.
I applaud his restraint, but I'm guessing if that guy had made even the tiniest move to bring that gun back up, things would have turned out very differently.
Hey BGF, I don't have enough posts to PM you, but I wanted to let you know if you don't already that your website is down, it's redirecting to a GoDaddy page. Looks like your domain expired.
There used to be a place in the strip mall at 116th and Allisonville in Fishers, near the Marsh, early to mid 90's. Can't remember what it was called, but my Dad bought several firearms there as well as reloading equipment. I drive by there a couple of times a month, and I always look that way...
