      Got mine today! Mailed it out on Oct 1st. Non-L1. Clean record. DeKalb County. There is hope!

      Yeah, exact same thing with me. I called USPS and they told me it's not trackable either. What's the point??? I tried calling ISP about a dozen times now, always a busy signal when I push 0 to speak to somebody.

      Nope. Mine was a Postal Money Order and from what I understand those are not trackable and nobody can seem to tell me whether it was cashed or not.

      I wish I knew exactly when they cashed my check. I'm very close to the 14 week mark, or right at it. I tried calling them about a dozen times today and every time I do, it just goes to a busy signal. This is real BS.

      I will probably end up doing that. Had I known then what I know now, I will have definitely went the L1 route. But even still, it's been AT LEAST 12+ weeks... Probably closer to 13 or 14 at this point. I'm starting to get pissed. I'm normally pretty patient when it comes to things like these...

      I applied sometime in late September. I don't know the exact day it was mailed off. I used a USPS money order and I don't have the receipt, so I can't verify exactly when it was cashed by the ISP. What I do know is that the local PD cashed my personal check on September 20th. I did NOT do L1...
