      1000 yard gun - .300 or .338 laupa???

At 1000 yards, the .338 Lapua has nothing on the .300 Win Mag. At 1500+ yards, it is a different story. Unless you are indipendantly wealthy, get the .300 Win Mag to save on the ammo costs.

      I Spell Perfection, R.E.M.I.N.G.T.O.N.

Wow! I am really wanting that rifle. I have a couple of decent rifles, but nithing that shoots like that. I do have a buddy that bought a GAP rifle that may not shoot as well as your Remmy, and he paid almost 5K for his rig including optics. Well done sir! Hey INGO members, we need to get this...

Fellow INGO members, I need your VOTE.

Nothing shameless about trying to win something off of the prize table. They are giving away some nice gear. It would be nice to see a fellow Hoosier win big. You got my vote! (Sweet rifle BTW) Good luck

      Kimber cutom II mags

I would stick to the 8 round max magazines, but I would never buy another Kimber Mag. I've never had good luck with Kimber mags, even when I owned Kimbers. I do like the Chip McCormick mags and Wilson Combat mags in all of my 1911's.

      1911 nerd?

The 1911 is a state of mind. It also happens to be the state in which I live. :rockwoot:
