My CZ P09 [Stock]
I saw a recent CZ publication that was highlighting the Fishers Police Dept. because they are now carrying CZ's as their duty sidearm.
For that price, I say deal. I've heard a few dealers complain of having to return Taurus revolvers for timing issues. Do you know the age? Taurus has a search engine on their website where you can enter the serial # and it will tell you the year of manufacture. IMO the older the better.
Were nice pics everyone, I'll work on getting some good pics of mine posted. SP01, P06, P09, CZ82
Top Guns in Terre Haute, certainly has CZ's.
Been a while since I've been in there so I cannot attest to their current inventory but pretty sure they typically have a few in stock.
Does anyone know if the base mount pattern for Holosun Red Dots are all the same? I've read that their small T1 micro "clone" can use any T1 micro mount.
I've got the slightly larger body HS503 series sight and based on pictures it appears to be the same but wondered if anyone can confirm...
I've got the Holosun HS503GU, which has the selectable reticle (either 2 MOA dot or 65 MOA circle with 2 MOA dot). This particular model has the side mounted battery compartment with knurled screw-off cap. Unfortunately they are going to the undermounted batter trays on most of their new...
I've worked with Stoners many many times, but they are not local (just over the border in Ohio). I do know from experience that they can typically make anything you want.
They are always at the 1500 and know they are there this weekend as I talked with them yesterday.
Yellowhousejake, I'll see...
Chip Bennett..
Purchased a Ruger earlier in the year and feel it is on par or better than some of the more basic AR's I have owned. I only wish it came with a chrome lined barrel. Haven't done anything with the handguard so cant attest the delta ring but their concept seems solid. I'll play...
I've got several red dots including a Vortex Sparc 2, Eotech, and a Holosun HS503GU. I can honestly say that the Holosun is by far my favorite. It is much more compact, I'm my opinion built just as well, and has a selectable reticle with both 2 MOA dot and 65 MOA Circle with 2 MOA dot. I...
Did anyone notice that Indy Arms brought a couple Desert Tech bolt guns. Best part of the show for me. Apparently they are now signed up as a dealer. Been dreaming of a SRS-Covert in .308 or .338 and a MDR in .308 if they ever get them to market.
Hey japartridge,
Is your VZ58 at Century VZ2008 or a VZ58 from CSA. The CSA VZ's can be really accurate regardless of what people say about 7.62x39. I shot an expert score at Atterbury with a VZ48 from 100-400 yards.
Sign up for an Appleseed or a rifle event with Revere's Riders and they'll...
I'm always looking for odd models that you'll rarely see in your local store. I don't believe its a waste of time at all and there are always some really good buys. Example....I saw a 1979 Winchester John Wayne Commemorative with original box and paperwork for $ 1650.00.....These typically...
There are always a handful of vendors with Kimbers. The only Kimber model I've even been really into and you rarely see is the SIS. Not really sure how many were made, but think they only made this model for one year.
There was a really clean pre-owned there for sale on Friday. I'm sure...
Unfortunately did not end up with much, just a mid-size Kryptek pack. I was looking for a nice 2" snub revolved with a polished or nickel finish. Saw a few but they all a little to rough for my liking.
Forgot to mention to those unfamiliar with the 210. Sig was originally a Swiss company and these 210's were all hand fitted weapons with major components all serialized.
I'm a huge CZ fan and for all in favor of CZ's, if you look close...there are tow of the highest quality pistols of this design at this weekends 1500. Saw them on Friday.
The originator of this design, the SIG 210. Sig always compares their X-Series guns to the legendary 210.
Strangely enough...
