I went to sight in my rifle today, Ruger Gunsite Scout in .308. I sighted it in at 50 yards (it’s all I had) and was hitting dead center after a few shots.
I threw on my suppressor and the first shot hit the dirt at roughly 30 yards! I checked the scope mount, muzzle brake and inspected the...

Thanks for all the replies! While the cost is certainly a kick in the nuts, it’s not the end of the world, it’s just money and the puppers is family. I was more concerned about quality of life afterwards and it seems like with a strict recover (I don’t know how to keep a 2 year old lab calm!!)...
So just got back from the vet and my 2 1/2 year old lab torn his ACL. The vet wants ~$4500 for the surgery which from what I understand almost always leads to the other knee needing surgery.

A couple years ago I moved from Indiana to Ohio for work and now I’m moving back to Indiana. My CHL hasn’t expired so is it still good, or do I need to go through the whole process again?
any info would be much appreciated!
Im not worried about commute to much, example I live in Columbus and make the 3 hour one way drive to Youngstown a few times a month. I’m an area manager so my job is spent driving from store to store.
i also set my own schedule so I can pretty much avoid rush hour most days.
