      The Bullet Catch

If the bullet was moving freely in the casing, perhaps they pull their bullets and exchange them with some misdirection and slight of hand.

      Foamy On Gay Marriage

The problem of your stance is that you are missing two important factors. The first is that you cannot bind your children and grandchildren to a contract that you and your father and grandfather have signed. In essence, no matter how many generations a type contract exists you cannot impose...

      357 sig

I'll have to look out for that. I've always preferred carbide over stainless so thanks for letting me know. Are they on midway per chance?

      357 sig

Thanks Aszerigan and AllenM, I've been thinking a while about experimenting with 357 sig but I thought I would be spending a bunch of time just trimming cases (which would really mess up the rhythm of my turret press) but if lubing is the only liability, that's simple enough.

      The Bullet Catch

I am a big fan of Penn & Teller and one of their most famous tricks happens to be The Bullet Catch. To see their performance, refer to the link below: http://youtu.be/DjDcARq8ty8 The summary is both Penn and Teller chose an audience member to pick out a 357 round out of an ammo pouch...

      Foamy On Gay Marriage

The "Two Consenting Adults" caveat isn't the heart of my argument. The heart of my argument is that people are self-owning and can therefore enter into contracts at their own discretion. To assert that one has the right to "marry away" their son or daughter is to either make the argument that...

      Foamy On Gay Marriage

I suspect a large number of people under the libertarian umbrella are represented here so I'm confused as to why no one has brought up the obvious: the Axioms of Self-Ownership and Non-Aggression. Read Self-ownership - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and Non-aggression principle - Wikipedia...

      Negligent discharge: poll

Anyone find it suspicious that some of the replies are along the lines of, "Oh of course I'VE never had a ND but I have this friend..." Also, I need a ruling guys. Say you're at the range, on the firing line, weapon pointed in a safe direction and you're 100% sure your chamber is empty. You...

      357 sig

I'm curious about the practicality of reloading 357 sig. Since the case is necked, do you need to trim 357 sig brass regularly like you would with rifle brass or is there not a lot of stretching when you fire and resize 357 sig?

Crushed brass & live primer - Now what?

You could try and desensitize the primer with water, diesel fuel, or WD-40 but remember, desensitizing is not the same rendering it safe. In its desensitized state it can still go off, it's just not as sensitive as it was. Also, whenever your water, diesel, whatever dries up, explosives...

      Lupin the 3rd!

Hey all! My friend Jeremiah has been telling me about this forum for some time now and I thought I would give it a shot *ahem*. A little about me, I grew up in Brownsburg, graduated from BHS in 2004, spent a couple years in the US Army, and now I live in West Lafayette. I love pistol shooting...
