      Willow Slough Shooting Range Progress

      I have no issue with a fee. If a concessionaire is not running it, the state would have to pay range officers and for upkeep. I doubt the range runs itself for free. This is not a cheap range with a dirt backstop. I think it is $7 for the first person on a lane and $3 for each additional.
