      Clutches lets take a look here.. Worn clutches will show black or blue heat marks, plus you’ll be able to the thickness of the pads themselves.. Sorry, I know you probably already knew that.. hahaa Here’s what the inside looks like, just incase know one has seen it?.

      Here were entering the discovery phase Wow.. everything looks good, no surface damage, no wear on anything, I’m outing it back together, well that is after I replace the head gasket, but luckily all is well team.. nice..

      I managed to make some small progress forward, I’m fab’ed up one of the new side covers.. I’m not exactly sold on it yet, but I’m close.. hahaha I’m going try something a little different on the other side and see if I like it better.. More pics to follow...

      So progress continues with the following, removal of the motor, striping the old paint off and simi buffing the frame.. Last of the bits and pieces before the motor removal The one man way of removing a motor.. Lets hope I’ll have some help getting it in..

      I would love too.. I looked at it, but it's sealed.. So I don’t know.. I pretty much gave up at that point.. I might / should call the dealer and see if they can help me with it..

      Thank you sir.. I do to, Well at least I hope so.. ;) Here's a thread I did on polishing, if this helps.. time wise... I would say right around 35+ hours.. If I can finish up the frame, motor bits ets and have under 100 hours in for polishing I would be shocked.. I actually budgeted 200 hrs...

      All of the wiring is out the bike (safety) I might add. This does not look good, I’m going to pop of the head and see what’s going on here.

      Well that’s enough “fluff” for now, its time to serious with it, it strip it down and actually start the project.. I’ll need to update this to electronic ignition If slim bikes are in, I’m screwed, this looks more like a hipo.. hahaa

      After the seals arrived, I rebuild the front shocks and slapped everything back on the bike, just to see what it going to look like before the real progress commences. Woow.. I haven’t even started anything on this side yet.. hahaha
