If you don't reload, finding quality 10mm is probably more difficult than your common calibers. I've never owned anything in 10mm, but from what I understand most factory 10mm ammo is pretty mild. Underwood Ammo would be a good source of full power loads...I'm sure there are others.

I know bears are like big & strong and stuff.....but if one is running at me from a distance, I'm aiming right at his big melon head. A head/neck shot will either stop him, or really **** him off!
Lots of options out there...Colt, Kimber or Springfield would get my vote. There's a nice series I Kimber in the classifieds if you could get it for the right price (not my gun).
I have a pair of Raasco Charcoal/Purple Dymondwood 1911 grips. They are like new, no ambi cut & standard thickness. Will fit any officer (3" or 3.5") sized 1911.

I have a horsehide Supertuck for any size 1911 (standard single stack). It doesn't appear to have been used very much. This was included in a purchase I recently made, and the original owner trimmed the top leather. I'm guessing he did that to get a better draw.

Looking to trade my Champion Operator, it's LNIB w/ everything from factory (2 mags, holster, mag carrier etc). I've taken it to the range once and fired about 50 flawless rounds. I'm willing to drive up to 1 hour from Indy for a deal. Cash can go either way on a trade...

I stopped at KS&E on Pendleton Pike last week, and one of the few guns they had was a full size SR1911 @ $620. I was inquiring about ordering a Dan Wesson VBob and basically left with a bad taste in my mouth. The fat guy (Daryl?) was unpleasant to say the least.
Good price (esp from GM) on a good gun . For every person who posts about their bad Kimber experience, there are dozens of happy customers that never open their mouth.
To answer your question...yes you can leave it in your car. You can carry inside the airport (with LTCH), as long as you don't attempt to go through the security check.
I haven't been to GM for the "sale", but I just came across some Lake City XM855 @ PSA : Lake City XM855 5.56x45 62gr 1000rd Bulk Package XM855CS - .223/5.56mm - Rifle Ammunition - Ammunition
Seems pretty reasonable w/ free shipping & no tax at $479/1000.
I heard the advertisement on the radio today as well. Q95 "personality" Gunner is supposed to be at the Castleton store Saturday promoting it. I saw another INGOer claim to have picked up 1000rds of Remington 9mm for like $260 at GM the other day (bulk case?). If that's true...maybe they have...
Probably due to price...my only guess. When I was pricing a Magpul Colt 6920 not too long ago, Walmart was about $100 less than Bradis. I'm not going to further de-rail the thread....but money saved is money earned. As mentioned above, Brownsburg would be the closest location to Avon. I'm...
Stopped at Pendleton Pike Wally about 30 mins ago. They have something in every caliber except 22lr. Mostly 50rd boxes in all the pistol calibers. They had a lot of 38 special and 357 magnum if you're in need. Lots of Independence 5.56 @ $10.50/box...not as overpriced as the Winchester.
