Low round count, shoots great like all glocks, can still see some of the copper lubricant that is put on at the factory. Was going to be my EDC but just carry my p229 more often.
Has some holster wear as it has mostly just been carried. Vickers slide stop($25) and trijicon HD...
It was a sad (and happy) day when I grabbed my friends glock 17 and hit my targets more quickly AND more accurately than my sig p229...
I love my sig.. I hated that I shot the glock better. I did some uspsa style timed shooting and couldn't deny that for some reason my scores are better with...
I too went with the 30 cal but if I were looking into a dedicated 556 that I would leave on one rifle and never remove it would be a direct thread gemtech trek-t, about as small/compact and lightweight as it gets

Thanks for the pictures oiradio,

I would like to see college campuses allow cc. Especially iupui, being downtown and on the west part of the city, it is close to some pretty shady areas. It's gotten a lot nicer since the days when you wouldn't think about walking down indiana Avenue after sunset but the students are just...
I've always been on the fence for buying a 1911. Recently moved up from compacts to a sig p229 and I'm really enjoying it. Carries well, srt trigger is amazing. I think I'm almost ready to try out a 1911 and your post reconfirms my 1911 itch.. what's holding me back other than size is the...
