      It may have been better, but I'm thinking it probably would have escalated more since he had all of his friends to back him up and my buddy is not imposing at all. I'm fairly sure it would have gotten physical and I'd have been shot shortly after. None of them were built.

      My assumption is because we were the only other people in the restaurant and I'm 6'1" 300lbs, bald, and fairly ugly . Not to mention I was open carrying.

      Sorry for not replying sooner. No it is an Uncle Mike's and I do understand that they are not very good holsters. At the time if my purchase I could not find a holster that would accommodate the threaded barrel and raised sights on my p09. Maybe now that it's been out a while it will be easier...

      When he verbally threatened to shoot me is where it fell into a gray area. Flaunting the gun and the threat did create a imminent danger. Although I'm glad it did not escalate to the scenario of guns being drawn no matter the outcome.

      You've got that right. Earlier in the week I stopped at the circle k on mt comfort on my way home and the attendant told me that he was robbed at gun point earlier in the night and so was the Speedway.
