      NFA Item: MG 2. Form Type: Form 4 3. Transferee Type: Individual 4. Check cashed: Oct. 25 5. Pending Date: Oct. 31 6. Approved Date: Called to check on status Nov. 16 and told still pending and that time from pending to approved is running about 5 months.
