      How do I get the new plastic LTCH?

      I processed my duplicate license request this morning in about 2 minutes even including setting up the User Id / Password that is now required. The site was very easy to use and took minimal effort to get the license processed. Now lets see how long it will take to receive.?? The ISP is saying...
