I really like my PF-9, however it kicks very hard and I find it difficult to get the slide back on, does anyone else have any issues with the slide going back on after cleaning????
My vote goes to the SIGARMS 232 stainless steel .380. Its way overpriced in my opinion, but its the right combination of size, weight, and design (rounded edges, wide trigger, DA/SA) for exceptional shooting. Only down size is .380, and 7+1 round capacity. Still will likely be able to hand down...
Everyone thank you for the excellent responses. I asked the question because I have medium to smaller hands. (I wear a men’s large glove but my hands are not that big) and I find that many guns are just not comfortable for my hand. I can shoot decent when focused on a single shot but I find it...
I was wondering what handguns (especially center fire) just feel right in your hand, and allow you to shoot well, even on follow up shots? Please be specific, let us know the size of your hands and describe any modifications to your gun and why you think you shoot so well with this specific...
If it were my $600 which I consider to be a lot of money! I would buy a 1911 with 1) no special (non browning) intergrated lock saftey 2) would have a forged! not cast frame 3) would not be shorter than a commander size. Saying all that I love the springfields, think that dollar for dollar...
My, my what a lovely 10/22. I used to have a stainless synthetic just standard barrel. You will most likely be able to castrate flys with good ammunition! One of the most fun guns you can own...never should have sold mine, but at least I sold it to a friend so not so bad. Enjoy!
You guys are killing me....what about OPEN RANGE! The gun fight at the end of Open Range is an instant classic. Now that I am thinking about it how about the gun battle at the end of Unforgiven. 3-10 was good too. Maybe the Three Amigos gun battle? That damned El Guapo! Spelling is my El Guapo.
Walther P22 is sweet, but so are the Rugers, and Ruger magazines are cheaper. If you wanted to shoot 9mm I think the best buy in 9mm full size handgun for the range is without a doubt a Ruger P95. Still .22 is way cheaper to shoot, the Walther is very easy to clean also! .22 is sooo dirty. If...
Hogue grips in MHO are a mixed bag for CC. I think they are larger at least on a SP101, harder to conceal. Also with hard recoiling rounds kind of hurt my pinky. Maybe I was trying to hold on too tight with full house 357. I hope I don't offend anyone but I would also like to suggest that no...
I work in kokomo and I love the Bullseye shop. They let my kids who are 11 and 9 shoot .22 on the range. I watch the boys like a hawk from about 1 foot directly behind them. The guys that run the place are always pleasent and share knowledge. I have found their prices usually in line with...
