      When to start carrying?

      Started shooting when I was 6, then Navy at 19/20 for 8 yrs where I was on Security and Boarding Teams, and as soon as I got back home to IN I got my LTC and have ever since.

      9mm Pistol Suggestions?

      I have carried a XD9 Sub-compact for the last 2 yrs and it is extremely accurate at the range and even my 11 yr old daughter can shoot it without issue and I got it for $425.

      I would have to second the Darwinian theory, but no matter what the thought process, forcing people to be either unarmed or armed never is a good idea. Ultimately it has to be an individuals choice, it just so happens that I figure I would rather have the choice of to fire or not to fire rather...

      New Yorker arrested for having 9 bullets in mag

      Those boys in New York just need to fully take ownership of the "New York Reload" and if they are going to carry have two loaded with their ridiculous 7 round limit. The law limits number of rounds per mag, not number of weapons per person.
