+1 +1 For Indiana Firearms Training!

I also took Bob's classes this past weekend (with backfire) and found the experience rewarding and very informative. I wholeheartedly recommend Indiana Firearms Training. It is worth every penny. In fact I'm in the process of convincing my wife to take the same classes. +1

Getting a LTCH after non violent misdemeanor

Didn't see that it is 5 years but that is better than never and it is not like he can't transport the fire ARM in a case to and from the gun range. Getting a LTCH after non violent misdemeanor

@figley I did just that and the commanding officer there said that it is still possible, though my brother might have to wait a certain amount of time. He noted that it being a misdemeanor and not a felony is an important factor. Thanks for all of your responses DeMarco

Getting a LTCH after non violent misdemeanor

I read through the law, which is what led me to think he got a class B or C. The thing is the way I read it, it tells you what happens if you carry without a permit, but I noted that only a felony automatically disqualifies you. Correct me if I misread or missed something.

Getting a LTCH after non violent misdemeanor

I will start from the beginning as lots of info is often helpful. This recount is how it was told to me from my mother. My cousin and my brother were driving somewhere and were stopped for not wearing seat belts, and my cousin announced he was carrying. The officer searched him and my brother...

      Hello from the Fort

My Uncle was in town so he, I, and my dad went out on my parents property. I learned practice is what I need. I may even catch a class. Are there any classes local that won't hurt the pocket book too much. Thanks for the welcome greetings.

      Hello from the Fort

I am new to the site and was referred by a friend. So far I really like what I'm reading. I am currently waiting on my lifetime. I just visited L 1 and the local pd today. I also picked up my first pistol, a Bersa thunder 9 pro UC. Probably heading out to shoot tomorrow, kinda got the itch.
