      well thats to begin and learn would like to shoot a 1000 but that sounds mighty ambitious for me at the moment heck just relearning to shoot since my accident has been hard enough but thanks for the input i think the 700 is going to be my choice

      Ive actually seen this used for wounded warriors and other disabled shooters with extreme disabilities its a interesting concept but with bigger rifles the recoil knocks the phone right out of the holder but its the first kind in I'm sure will improve with time

      I agree with all of you my daughters 4 and very smart and listens very well but i think ill wait another year or so before really showing her the ropes so for now she will just continue to help me clean them she enjoys helping her dad she's a daddys girl. thanks for all the great conversation...

      How early is too early?

      How early did you or will you teach your kids to shoot? Do you have a set age in mind or just when you feel they can understand and respect a gun? I shot my first bb gun around 4 first .22 rifle around 6 but i feel i was "mature" for my age.

      I had no idea how bad Dick's was...

      My family member worked in dick's and quit when they took the "assault rifles" off the shelves. Ive never really liked there store i prefer the one on one you get at small shops makes buying something new easier especially if you are newish to a type of weapon.

      I would always open carry a nice gun on your hip is a criminal repellant lol makes them think twice and in the end it IS legal i think it intimidates cops when they see someone open carry
