      OWB Carry

      I carry a Charter Arms SS 44 SPL Custom Holster Made by Me. It prints sometimes more than others but not real concerned about it. I was wondering whether or not you were allowed to open carry or you had to conceal? my neighbor says they'll arrest you for open carry ??
