Update… just got my approval notice today for my suppressor. I sent in my Form 4 in March, I contacted Erin Houchin’s office on July 29th and approval came on August 6th. I would recommend that anyone that has been waiting for a transfer to contact your Representative’s office.
Over 60 and my main focuses these days are core strength, flexibility, and no injuries. I don't use free weights anymore. I typically do some machines, some body weight, and some resistance bands and then do quite a bit of yoga based stretching with the main emphasis on hip flexors and hamstrings.
Well, I did contact Erin Houchin's office and they responded back quickly. They required me to fill out a privacy release form and they will be contacting ATF. I'll report back when I find out what if anything happens.
