I think a sales person told me $25/blade about a year ago. Plus, they send them away for about a week. There is something unsettling about $500 worth of Henckels being in someone else's hands for that long.
Does anyone use the Sharpmaker on kitchen knives?
My wife wants to send our kitchen knives out to get sharpened at Williams-Sonoma, but I could use that money on a Sharpmaker and then some!
