Possible shooting at Elementary School in Connecticut

Right. I just wish a Bushmaster would not have been used. Gonna bring rain.

I see. 26 funerals this week. Gosh, I hope this does not affect me.

Possible shooting at Elementary School in Connecticut

I am really struggling with why it was important to you that it not be an AR or AK. These little people were still writing notes to the Tooth Fairy, and you are concerned as to what weapon was used? What world do you live in?

Excessive Force? This guy needs a lawyer

I am saying that some on this forum believe that, if you can believe their statements here. Me? No. The Sheriff? no. The Jury? We will see in about 18 months, I guess. I doubt it, even though he is being represented by Ron Meshbesher, who is an excellent and aggressive defense attorney.

Excessive Force? This guy needs a lawyer

Some would say that once they broke into his home, they (or their bodies) are his to do with however he wants to.

Excessive Force? This guy needs a lawyer

Again, the issue here is NOT that he shot them. He had every right to do that. If you take the time to read the article, or the charges against him, he shot each twice as they came down the stairs. Then he shot each several times in the chest at point blank range as they lay there. He then...

You are right, but there you go into the gray area again. He likes it black and white.

Very well put. A lot of opinion I am reading is black and white thinking. Life is lots of shades of gray, which you point out. So is the law.

Yeah, two people dead, another in jail, and I'm trying to get my post count up? I look at this site once every couple months, and could give a rat's ass about my post count. This thread caught my attention because I live very close, and know people involved. What happens at 50 posts that you...

Jury nullification?? Three words: Not A Chance.

Pedantic to you and me, but not Byron Smith, who will be in the defendant's chair. Pretty real to him. The word pedantic will not even cross his mind. Pedantic did not cross Joan of Arc's mind. They still lit the sticks. I will try to avoid being a martyr.

Just looked up George Zimmerman and he is still living a life of he'll, even though he has not gone to trial, whatever the facts are. So all this talk about whether Smith will or will not be convicted is strange to me. If he walks or not, his life as he knew it is over. He is 64. Found guilty...

And during jury selection, you would never be seated. The law is the law.

Excessive Force? This guy needs a lawyer

For your reading and listening pleasure, here is an actual copy of the 2nd degree murder charges against Bryon Smith. Actual charges and description are found about a third of the way down the web page. Also, the authorities explaining, in their view, why charges are warranted...

      Shield

Sure, it's new, and hard to find at first. If you want one for 4-450, you will find one, just not right this second.

Can a Glock 17 really do this?

$200 or not, I had no idea any semi pistol would fire that fast.

Can a Glock 17 really do this?

Do what Hickok45 does, the easy way.... Gets his round count up pretty quickly.
