I dont own one now, but I did have an M9. I loved it, but didnt shoot it very often. I have noticed that the price for these has gone up significantly since I had mine. Is this the result of the gun ban issue...?

A good knife is hard to beat. You really dont have to go bankrupt to own a good knife you just need to know what to look for. There are lots of guys on this forum who can help steer you in the right direction. I am sure they are willing to help if you need it.
