      Its mindblowing to me that a online LTCH app vs a mailed piece of paper is the difference between weeks for online and up to six months for mailed. I understand online is instant but regardless of reading an app on a screen or paper in your hand, no reason for a huge difference in waiting time...

      Im thinking now that as long as there's no felony then there should be no problem. But...people that work for the law can do what ever and not be charged for the same crime we would be. Sad...very sad but true.

      I really want to understand why it takes so long. The 4-6 months I was told is really ridiculous. They take our money and take their sweet ass time. No excuse for them not to get more people helping or working longer shifts.
