My maverick was originally a 28" barrel. I bought a mossy 500 18.5" barrel from Dicks awhile back for 80.00. You may find them
Cheaper online. To change barrels you pump the slide back so the chamber is open. Then there is a screw that holds the barrel onto the end of the magazine. Unscrew it...
You can get an extra 18.5" barrel as well and still be under 300 total. Very easy to switch barrels for when you want to go skeet shooting or use for HD.
I have a maverick 88 12ga and it's a great shotgun for the money. Its rugged and I've never had an issue with it. Plus a lot of mossberg 500 parts/accessories interchange so that's a plus as well.
Marlin 60's can be had at a pretty cheap price. They are pretty dang accurate as well. Has a tube magazine on it instead of a removable kind, but it holds 14 or 15 rounds, which is nice. It is definitely a great alternative to the 10/22 unless your going to tacti-cool your rifle. 10/22 has a...
Hello, I have for sale two boxes of Winchester Super X 45 Colt/ 45LC ammo, 20 rounds per box. New, just no longer have any use for it. Asking 25.00 for both boxes. I am back n forth between West Lafayette and Wabash, so I could meet anywhere between or near those places when I travel, though I...
Yes I've heard people saying 5" groups were the norm. I can usually get ~4" groups at a 100 yards with mine using iron sights which is good enough for me. I use it pretty much as a plinking toy. If you want something really accurate an ar or bolt action would be where you wanna look.
Could see buying a shotgun from them, was just out there earlier today and had mossberg 500s for 237.00. The selection of rifles was pretty slim unfortunately.
I have one, it was actually the first gun I ever purchased. Try n look for serial numbers with 580 and higher as these have the better barrels. Older ones had thin barrels which caused accuracy issues. Beyond that it is a fun
gun to shoot, very rugged in my opinion. Just tosses brass really far
Yea I've noticed g-22s seem to be more commonly available than other glocks because of
Them being carried by law enforcement. Might be the way to go for myself
Agreed. My mini was actually my first gun purchase years ago. I'll keep it for
the sentimental value. Still like taking it out to shoot it every now and again.
