Sorry clay, I started this thread on my phone and somehow did it twice. :dunno:
Hopefully the other one will die out or get deleted by an Admin.
To answer your question, it is South African
Thanks Kirk!
I did some online research, what I have seen is that it is supposedly very accurate. It is also very rare nowadays due to trade embargoes.
Thats true .25¢ a round is a decent price for Tulammo, Wolf, Brown Bear etc. Those are all steel cased with a steel bullet washed in copper. Horrible on rifling. These are Brass cased with a copper over lead bullet. No steel. If you can find Brass and copper 7.62 for .25¢ a round online post...
7.62x39 Brass case.
Full copper jacket. (No bimetal steel bullet with copper wash B.S.)
Non-Corrosive.
200 round battle packs with 8 boxes of 25rnds in each pack.
Bought the entire case minus one battle pack for $300.
Thats 1200 rnds for $300. I was pretty stoked.
+1 for Auburn Arms...

I am also a fan of Titegroup. Use it for reloading my 9mm. I have used 124gr fmj 115gr fmj and 124gr jhp. All behind 4.1 to 4.3gr titegroup depending on the bullet. Its a lite load but cycles all my 9 mm handguns just fine.
If I drop $700 on a gun it better just plain work. Period.
No stipulation on particular brand, weight, or style of ammo. To me that is ridiculous for a gun that expensive.
I have read many bad reviews on the solo.
Very finicky with ammo and unreliable.
I agree ( as with most Kimbers) it is over priced.
If my life depended on it, I would carry a G26 over a Solo everytime.
I think i see it better now.
When i looked earlier it appeared i was seeing the top of the fndtn wall.
I now think i am seeing the side.
I now agree with Leo.
I cannot believe that this was one framing contractors "fix" for a bolt in the way.
Shameful...
If its on a full basement, then the floor system, not the wall would actually be what is sitting on the fndtn wall. The mud sill goes down first, typically a treated 2x6 or 2x8, and then the floor joists sit on the mud sill and tie into the rim joist. I have built many homes, and I do have one...
The blue stuff I believe you are referring to appears to be extruded polystyrene. In other words insulating foam. It is used many times on the inside of footers to insulate the interior ground and hence concrete slab from freezing and subsequent frost heaving. I agree with many responses here...
9 100 rnd boxes Federal 230 grain fmj = $40 a box
2 50 rnd boxes PMC 230 grain fmj =$20 each.
Not looking to gouge.
Want a great deal? Buy all of it for $350 I am motivated to sell it, but please don't bother me with a low ball offer. This is already a great deal.

Although that appears to be a sizable mound of dirt, I am curious as to why one would orient it so that you would be shooting towards the feed lot?
