I just wish they still had the book they use to give out with all the rules in it! I have a hard time finding my way around the web sight to find the new rules!
I don't ever want to see them get started around here! If they get started your deer and turkey will become few and far between! I have friends in Texas that are payed to kill wild hogs from helicopters and they rarely pick up any of them! They killed over 500 in one day this year! The ranchers...
They probably will be down here! I never even herd a bird the last 2 years after season opened! They have been at it hot and heavy for a month now by the time season gets here you'll be lucky to hear many!
Compond bow with 5 pins from 20 to 60 yards. (I do not shoot at deer out to 60 yards.) Quiver on my bow till I get on stand. I took my biggest turkey ever and first with a bow in Tennessee last year. Good thing to because I never even herd a bird in Indiana let alone see one!
I carry my 1911 cocked and locked all the time and have for over 20 years. One thing I have always done is get a holster with a thumb strap between the hammer and firing pin. Just a little extra piece of mind!
I would use the one that shoot the best groups out of my gun! I had a 30-06 that would hit the same hole at 100 yards with 150 gr bullets but would through 180 gr bullets all over a 12 inch target!
Stay away from Gander Mountain! Go to your local pro shop and get setup right the first time! It might be a little more expensive at first but a lot cheaper in the long run!
