Yesterday PSA posted an interview with Mike Wetteland CEO of the newly re-constituted Harrington & Richardson purchased by JJE out of the Remington bankruptcy.

Mike discusses growing up, family, working, his Army, Reserve and NG service and forming NoDak Spud with a partner/co-worker of his, becoming the go to source for retro builds, working with Dan Coonan of Coonan Arms and his surprising "ambush" job offer of becoming the CEO of H&R out of the blue at a Waffle House in South Carolina.

With CVA and other import break open rifles, wonder if there's enough pie left over for H&R single shots.
Personally I never cared for em.

Lower end bolt rimfires or other? Proly Savage and the others have that covered.

Wonder if there's enough interest in the single shot market to keep the new TC afloat.

Mike and I have discussed a lot of things retro over the phone in the last year or so. He's a very nice and very cool guy to talk to. He's very receptive to requests and interests from the retro world...I have alot of NDS and H&R stuff.
