I have a 17HMR. It is a Ruger 77/17. Quality product, not cheap though. Mine has a beautiful walnut stock w/ checkering and topped with a scope. Infact is was manufactured to only use with a scope. It is a tack driver. There are a few less ground hog families because of it. :pimp:

Yes this^^^^. It is NOT the Winamac FWA pushing these goof ball rules. It is the DNR puzzle palace in Indy. This past fall I was up there talking with the R/O and they do not agree with these rules either, but hey...we all have a boss at our jobs. :dunno:

Have you wanted to buy a long gun that you really had no use for other than just to shoot it on occasion, but you just like it and being able to say you own one/it and the ammo is crazy expensive? Just curious.:dunno:
