That's not how religious rights or freedom work, just as a matter of principle and of constitutional precedent. Further: matters of conscience can, do, and should change in response to new contexts, conditions, and concerns.

So could the kids. When I was a student I learned that the teacher was in charge, I if I chose to break the rules...

Teachers have no authority over children except that which is given by the parents. That authority is generally limited to legitimate matters related to the schooling, such as classroom rules/decorum, schoolwork/homework, etc.

As a parent, I would not consent to either the teacher or the school superseding my parental authority regarding mask-wearing by my children.

Not saying I agree with it, but in the video she posted it appeared to me that all of the officers had masks on. So if she is lying about that...

Seems like thats what the teacher Union wants, less kids and teachers still get a nice check. IMHO the kids would be better at home than in the public schools so could be a win. We took our kids out of public school long time ago, probably the best thing we did for them.

Anyone being arrested for not wearing a mask is gestapo like behavior on the part of those who did it. For Christ's sake, the Fauci emails basically came out and said they don't do anything to prevent the spread of the virus and are only used for virtue signaling, but here we go with people thinking it's all good as long as the police who arrested her were wearing masks...

Well I assume at least part of this was directed at me, so. She wasn't arrested for not wearing a mask, she was arrested for trespassing. And I never said it's all good, I stated if she lied about that.. For myself I don't wear a mask unless it's required. And even then sometimes not. But if asked/told to leave, I leave. Same as if I'm carrying a firearm, and they have no firearms posted.

Okay, that wasn't in the video I saw. But that is also outside, not inside. And also not in the building where the rule was masks required. The officers that came inside and escorted her out were all masked up properly.
