Just applied for a lifetime handgun permit and was told to come here to learn more about the laws. As of right now no plans of getting a handgun. I hope i am here a long time and learn alot.

Thanks for the welcome. I'll be browsing the forum for gun ideas. Where are good places in NWI to take training classes? I have held a handgun once before and that was when i was ten or so. But I've shot a shot gun a year ago. I know basic safety rules but want to be able to handle myself with a hand gun.
