To be clear, is the Chief Special chambered in .38 S&W, while the M&P is chambered in .38 Special?

The larger/longer revolver is a model 33-1, not M&P. That is my mistake. I will update the ad. It fires a .38 s&w ctg. It will not fire a .38 special round.

The shorter is a .38 special round.
